Directions are as followed.

From Seattle/Portland/Timbuktu...
Follow *I-5* to the West Seattle Bridge *exit*

* Start out going towards the West Seattle Bridge
* Exit off of the Harbor Island exit
* Stay in the right lane
* Go through two stop lights; just before the 3rd stop light the
  road curves to the left. (U-Turn Route)
* This will put you directly underneath the over pass
* Continue driving along underneath the overpass (do not cross it)
* You will see the road curve back out to the left; ignore that
  one and continue straight
* The second curve to the left is the one you want; this will
  effectively put you back on the road you started on going the opposite
  direction.
* Stay in your right lane. You will see a sign that says E Marginal Wy.
* When you get to the intersection of E Marginal Wy and Spokane
  Street, go straight through the light and park underneath the freeway
  (diagonally across the street from the cement factory)
* The building is on your right; walk around to the entrance at the front.
